Our Story

Like many of you, we are steel fabricators by trade.  Over the years, we have 

faced many of the same frustrations as you have, in serving our customers.   Out 

of stock items, shipping delays, pricing issues, limited pick-up and delivery 

options, and a lack of local suppliers made our job more difficult than was 

necessary.   

 

We often said, “If only someone would make it easier to buy and pick up our steel 

orders – we could operate more efficiently and more profitably!” 

 

So, we decided to be that “someone” and to solve the problem 

ourselves. 

 

SEMO Steel & Supply was established to serve all southeast Missouri steel 

fabricators and contractors, large and small.  You now have a single local source for all of your 

basic, specialty and custom steel supply needs in order to operate at maximum 

efficiency, productivity and profitability.  We are in this together.
